Bruce has over 30 years of engineering, operations, development, and construction experience in the electric generation and process steam industries including 20 years of CHP experience.  He has knowledge of virtually all types of combustion systems including stokers, cyclones, pulverized coal, circulating fluidized bed, and IGCC.  Bruce has successfully developed two major CHP projects and on independent power project in the United States.  He also has international CHP experience through a development partnership with a major Finnish Paper Company.  His hydro electric generation experience includes providing engineering and operational support for a 110 MW system consisting of 26 generating units ranging in head from 15-350 feet plus functioning as project manager for a 1 MW low head hydro unit.  He has provided the technical lead for energy studies in Rwanda and Uganda.  Bruce is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and Master - Business Administration from University of Minnesota – Duluth.
