Robert Evans, VP Environmental Affairs

Robert Evans has twenty-six years of experience in environmental and regulatory activities, primarily dealing with electric generation. Most recently, Bob led the environmental affairs services team of an international independent power production company. In addition, he managed licensing processes for new and existing generating plants, including a nominal 550 MW (net) dual-fuel fired peaking plant located in Southern Minnesota. Bob also directed the work of professional environmental staff, consultants, and legal counsel on matters relating to environmental due diligence, permitting, regulatory negotiations, compliance strategies, contractual conditions, and remedial actions. Bob has an M.A. in chemistry from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and a B.A. in Biology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. |
